#Backups & Export

Your collection is valuable — here's how we help you keep it safe.

#Our daily backups

• We automatically back up the database, your photos and settings every day
• Backups are kept for 14 days
• This protects against accidental deletion and server problems

#Export your own copy

You stay in control of your data:

1. Go to Export
2. Click Download everything for a single JSON file with all your games, consoles, films, wishlist and sales
3. Or download individual sections as JSON or CSV

#Restore a backup

1. Go to Import
2. Choose type Everything (backup)
3. Upload your JSON file — games, films, consoles, wishlist and sales are restored in one go

Tip: keep your export somewhere safe (for example cloud storage). It's your data, and it should never be locked in.
