#Wishlist & Price Alerts

Never miss a deal on games you want. Add games to your wishlist with a target price and get notified when prices drop.

#Adding to Your Wishlist

  1. Go to Wishlist → Add Game
  2. Search for the game you want
  3. Set a Max Price — this is the highest price you're willing to pay
  4. Optionally set a Preferred Condition (Loose, CIB, or Sealed)
  5. Click Save

#How Alerts Work

GamerVault checks two sources for deals:

  1. eBay prices — daily scan of eBay to see if the average price is at or below your max price
  2. Marketplace listings — when another member lists a matching game for sale at or below your max price

#Getting Notifications

When a deal is found:

  • An in-app notification appears in the bell icon on your sidebar
  • A push notification is sent to your phone (if enabled)
  • The deal appears on your Dashboard in the "Recent Deals" section
  • Each notification is batched — you get one summary per day per source

#Managing Your Wishlist

  • View all wishlist items on the Wishlist page
  • Edit the max price or condition at any time
  • Remove items when you've bought them
  • See deal history for each wishlist item

#Tips

  • Set realistic max prices based on current market values
  • Check your wishlist regularly for new deals
  • Enable push notifications in Settings for instant alerts
